Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

We photograph every stone ourselves, in natural light, and the photos show the exact specimen you will receive. Even so, a stone in your hand can feel different from a stone on a screen, and we want you to love what you bought.

14-Day Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including if you have simply changed your mind. To start a return, email mohammadrasool5800@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back until we have confirmed the return and sent you instructions.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. We will provide an insured, tracked return label, so returning a stone costs you nothing.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition. Please pack returned specimens as carefully as we packed them, in the original packaging if you still have it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued promptly once the return arrives and is checked, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Every specimen is one of a kind, so we cannot swap for an identical piece, but we are glad to help you choose another stone instead.
