Privacy Policy
Peak Valley Gems and Minerals ("we," "us") runs peakvalley.com on Shopify. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What We Collect
Order information: your name, email, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses, which we need to process and deliver your order. Payments are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
Communications: anything you send us by email, contact form, or phone.
Reviews: if you leave a review, we collect your name (displayed as you choose), your review, and any photos. Our reviews app, Judge.me, processes this information.
Device and browsing information: like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools that collect your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site working, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used.
How We Use It
We use your information to fulfill orders and arrange shipping, including customs paperwork for international orders. We also use it to answer your questions, send review requests after delivery, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We send marketing emails only if you sign up, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with service providers that help us run the shop, such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, customs brokers, and Judge.me. We share it with authorities only when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. That includes California residents under the CCPA/CPRA and residents of the EU and UK under the GDPR. To make a request, email mohammadrasool5800@gmail.com. We will respond within the time the law allows.
Retention
We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and other information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.
